Jenny Hendrix, the CEO of Happy Endings Mail Order Brides, was having a tough day. One of her customers, Voodoo, was absolutely livid. He accused the agency of sending him a fraudulent bride who stole his money and car. Jenny tried to explain to him that their policies were clear; there were no refunds once a match was made. However, Voodoo was not listening.

With a raised voice and clenched fists, Voodoo demanded compensation for the financial loss he had suffered. Jenny remained calm, trying to reason with him. She suggested that they could try to locate the missing bride and retrieve his possessions. But Voodoo was having none of it. He insisted on a full refund, threatening legal action if necessary.

Feeling cornered, Jenny called her lawyers to discuss the situation. They advised her to avoid litigation if possible, citing the potential damage to the agency's reputation. So, after much deliberation, Jenny reluctantly agreed to compensate Voodoo for his loss.
