In the bowels of a dilapidated insane asylum, a reclusive and mysterious figure named Dr. Spank conducts unsavory experiments. His area of interest lies in the treatment of women diagnosed with Hysteria, a condition that was once believed to be caused by a "wandering uterus" and was often treated with brutal procedures such as pelvic massage or, as a last resort, electroshock therapy. Dr. Spank, however, has a more sinister plan for these unfortunate patients.

Instead of subjecting them to the harsh treatments prescribed by mainstream medicine, Dr. Spank "saves" these women, bringing them down to his underground laboratory for his perverted experiments. His methods are unconventional, to say the least. He subjects these women to intense "treatments" that involve the application of various objects to their private parts - objects like riding crops, paddles, and even electric shock devices.

What Dr. Spank doesn't realize is that his experiments are having unexpected side effects. Despite the extreme pain and humiliation these women are subjected to, they are experiencing unusual pleasure and arousal. In fact, some of the women seem to be developing unexpected physical symptoms as well. All of this is happening without Dr. Spank's knowledge, as his attention remains fixated on the scientific aspects of his twisted experiments.

As time goes on, Dr. Spank's curiosity grows. He becomes increasingly fascinated by the phenomenon he's discovered and begins experimenting further, pushing the boundaries of what he once believed to be possible. His research leads him to explore new techniques and devices, all of which he hopes will bring him closer to understanding the true nature of this peculiar reaction.

Despite the immorality of his actions and the suffering he's causing these women, Dr. Spank remains blinded by his thirst for knowledge. He continues his experiments, unaware of the dark secrets he's uncovering about the human body and its capacity for pleasure and pain.
